for 26 years, and has studied tai chi, kung fu and chi gong.
After

Life Is In Your Chakras and Balancing
Male-Female Polarities at the Institute of Transpersonal
Psychology. She was also invited to teach Kundalini Yoga at Stanford

| "Guru Rattana, Thank you for your encouragement. I am deeply grateful for the strong, clear spirit with which you sustain and invigorate us all. Your thoroughly sane and intelligent approach to spiritual practice and life in general is truly uplifting. It is a great tribute to Yogiji that he has spawned a generation of self-motivated, God-centered spiritual practitioners, such as you, who have benefited so much from his teachings that they are able to stand in their own strong and clear consciousnesses and serve as beacons of truth and light to new generations of seekers." - Steve |
Guru Rattana
is author of four of the original Kundalini yoga and meditation
manuals. These are still reckoned to be among the best available,
and are distributed all over the world: Transitions
to a Heart-Centered World
,
Relax and Renew
,
Sexuality and Spirituality
,
and Introduction to Kundalini Yoga.
She
is also author of Your Life is in Your Chakras
from
which she has taught workshops that are ready to be made into
videos. She wrote
Inner
and Outer Ecology: Transitions to a Sustainable Worldview for
the Earth Summit.
Her
groundbreaking book - The Destiny of Women
Is the Destiny of the World
-
has sold over 1000 copies by word of mouth in its self-published
version. Between 1993 and 1998 Guru Rattana wrote over 500 essay-poems
that make up over 25 books that are waiting to be shared with
the world.
Guru Rattana
has given hundreds of workshops and classes on personal empowerment,
featuring Kundalini yoga and meditation, which she has carefully
prepared for videos and audio cassette production. (She rarely
teaches the same subject twice.) Her unique presentation incorporates
her writings, a profound understanding of spiritual principles
and human growth, and the transmutation of emotional energy into
higher awareness. Each class is a milestone in consciousness.

Her
life is devoted to experiencing higher meaning, feeling more and
more alive and establishing a spiritual connection with her Soul
and God. In turn she is able to help others experience their own
spiritual upliftment and connection.
As
a pioneering teacher, she uniquely synthesizes the basic techniques
from the science of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and incorporates
principles from her practice of the internal martial arts-- Tai
Chi and Chi Gong. Her approach is to "market for results."
She shares her profound knowledge on a wide range of topics including-Living
on the Creative Edge, Soul Consciousness, the Art and Science
of a Successful Woman, Inner Beauty and Radiance, Tantric Sexuality,
From Co-dependence to Co-creation, Rejuvenation through Redirecting
Stress, Releasing Addictions by Going for God.
Guru Rattana
believes higher consciousness is a requirement to find solutions
to all world problems. As we change our consciousness and become
personally empowered, we transform the world. Her life is devoted
to helping people move beyond hope and belief to the EXPERIENCE
of the ecstasy of Self and the Divine in all life and to make
their unique contribution to the world.
